Motherboard Suggestion

Hello I am planing to build a new computer with 7-3770K , and I was thinking to use the ASUS Maximus V Formula motherboard, but then I've decided that I will not be doing overclock and I deferentially will not use SLI option. So in this case what other motherboard you will suggest ?
I will use it mostly for Games, Photoshop, After Effects, 3dsmax and stuff like that.

You are overpaying if you dont plan to SLI and OC.
You dont need a CPU with 7-3770K (with the K, that goes for overclocking).
If you dont plan to overclock, a weak motherboard will be as good as a expensive one. As long as it is a known brand, has the connections you need, and uses a modern chip, you wont see the diffrence.
