Main bios is corrupted?

Today I went to turn on my computer and my power button got stuck on the case. It then said
Main bios is corrupted recovering from the backup bios.
I just got this PC 2 months ago, Is my computer messed up? Is there a way to fix main bios? How do I switch to main bios? Should I be worried?

case phantom 410
