Hi guys, i need some help. Basically I would like to know if i can crossfire my psu with my 6950 and what performance increases in terms of fps I am likely to get? around 20 fps?

and also if its still not fast enough, could i tri crossfire my psu, 6950 and my dvd drive? I just want to be ready for all the games in november such as Battlefield 3 and I fear that my 6950 wont cut it.

I have a crossfire bridge long enough to reach to all 3 components.

Thanks guys

I can't remember which coolmaster PSUs are the good and bad ones but if its a good one you should be OK with 2 but not 3 6950s. I think even 2 though is overkill at 1920x1080 I woulsd wait until you find a game the single 6950 can't handle.

I dont want another 6950, I just want to link my psu and 6950 together thus increasing performance. But as i said can I tri crossfire my psu,6950 and my dvd drive together to get more FPS. I have 3 crossfire bridges but I am unsure where the connector is on the psu and dvd for the bridges.

I have one, I understand you can crossfire components. I would like to crossfire by 6950 with my psu then cross fire that with my disk drive. Then I will have 3 components rendering my games and get more FPS.
