Hey guys'. Seems like I come here a lot lately, I don't mean to bug you.

My build so far;
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
CPU: AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Case: Silverstone RAVEN 3.0
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit)
Power Supply: Corsair 650W ATX12V / EPS12V
(I have purchased everything listed except for the video card.)

I've boiled it down to two different motherboards. Asus Crosshair V Formula and Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z. Are these two boards good? I was thinking of leaning towards the Formula-Z, but I would really like to know the differences between the two boards and why the Formula-Z runs more expensive (but has no ratings on PCPartPicker, haha.) Pros, cons? Good things about Asus? Maybe even suggestions. Thank you guys' so much, I really appreciate the help.
