CM Storm Trooper Fan Controller Problem

Forum CPU & Components : Power Supplies, Cases & Mods CM Storm Trooper Fan Controller Problem

I just finished a new build in the CM trooper case. During the build and testing, the fan controller was working, as far as I could tell, fine. Now, the whole fan control interface seems to be dead. The lights and speakers fail to work. Is there something I am unaware of that I have done to deactivate the controller? If not, do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

Is it receiving power at all? Did you check all your motherboard connections?

Well, the problem seems to have gone away. I left the system alone for about 2 hours. When I turned it back on, the fan controller was functional.
