HP a1130n and radeon HD5550 Problem

So when I put in the graphics card the HD5550, and turn on the comp the fan just spins on the graphics card.

I meet all the requirements for it.

Do I need to disable the onboard radeon x200 chipset, before installing the card?

Fast reply would be nice if possible.

What power supply is in that system (look at the sticker on the side of it).

its a 350w , its a bit old, but it requires 300 for card (though I will be buying new comp soon.) just dont have the money at moment to upgrade stuff lol.
