Good cpu cooler for Amd fx 8150

hello, im looking for a cpu cooler for my AMD FX 8150, Budget=$30-$80

please post links.. it has to be able to fit my RAIDMAX Tornado ATX-238WU case..

Amd fx 8150 gets really hot so im looking for a really good cpu cooler in my budget..

water cooling or air cooling doesnt matter, i just need the better one!

If you are willing to go 85$, this is THE best air cooler on the market, it even matches the performance of the h100, unless, of course, the h100 has 100% fan speed, and that makes it extremely loud. The noctua is pretty quiet, but is HUGE, get it if your case can handle it.
