Wired Printer on a Linksys home network

Is it possible toconnect a wired printer to the router and have it become a part of the network?

Thanks for responding. I have been unable to find instructions. Do I need an additional linksys component as a printer interface? I currently use a linksys and my cable ISP to have wifi in the house and the family wirelssly links to that with both PC and MAC computers. We all have printers but would like to use the All in one. The router only had open ethernet ports (4 of them are free. If you know of an online link that might help or if you have general suggestion to get us started we would appreciate that

What make/model of all in one printer?

Thanks again for responding -- We use an HP Officejet Pro L7500 and also us a Canon
IP6700D if that will also work.

I don't believe either one is Network Ready so you would need and wireless router that has a built-in printer server or a seperate network print server.
