Intel DZ77GA-70K problems PLS help

Hi i bought a DZ77GA-70K motherboard with 3770k i7 16 gb of corsair dominator platinum 1600mhz a 670 gtx 2 corsair gs ssds and a corsair ax850 psu

the machine does not boot.... i connected everything correctly and it didnt work i had it hooked up to a h100 everything booted ok but conected to the monitor it didnt work

a friend told me that the cpu was fried so i got a 3570k and i installed it with the stock cooler now the HOT led in the motherboard is turning on and its not booting

pls help!!! ive called intel a thousand times but they have the crapiest customer service.... I WILL NEVER BUY A INTEL MOTHERBOARD AGAIN

pls help whats the problem what does the led mean?
