Hey guys, this is the build I wanna get:

http://pc.ncix.com/ncixpc_new/ncixpc_print.cfm?uuid=70A...|1-33130|1-70902|1-58955|2-71245|1-70458|1-62826|1-58746|1-49597|1-33602|1-33601|1-6024|1-7842|1

with this motherboard

The reviews seem pretty okay, but I've heard hearsay that ASrock mobos are unreliable and I shouldn't go with them if I want mine to last for more than 6 months. Like, my system performance will degrade after that much use which of course I don't want.

Thoughts?

I feel they are reliable and Toms has recommended several of them over the years.

No complaints about quality here either. I have had 2 ASRock boards in my own systems so far and both have worked for years without any problem.

Okay, because I've heard from a friend that Asrock boards, because theyre chinese made, like foxconn, have a poor build quality and will only last a few months.
Do you guys think the one I posted above would be a good choice? (obviously with that budget in mind)

It's Tom's approved. That is why I got mine.. They know a thing of three about this stuff.
