The best thing to do is to power down the system, take the side panel off and break out a tape measure to see how much room you have to work with and go from there. the HD 6790 is about 9 inches long but give yourself an extra inch or so for management of the 6 pin power supply cables. A good 500 watt psu should do you just fine but for your situation I'd highly recommend a modular since there is no room behind your motherboard tray to stash all the extra connections you don't need which would restrict air flow.

6790 sizes in at 10.75 inches or 24.8 Centimeters and requires 225W of power provided by 75w in the PCIe slot, and 75X2 by way of the Dual Six-Pin power connectors.

Single slot card only, unless you're willing to cut up the case and heatsink shroud.
