Computer freezes on starting windows.

Hello, on boot the pc gets stuck on the starting windows screen but it still boots to the desktop cause i can hear the desktop chime,

i checked the even log, and found this

Are u tried reinstall windows, or are u have virus or something like that?

system specs, AMD a83850 with 650watt psu, 4gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz windows 7, Radeon 6670 dual graphics
