Buying prebult review if good deal

im tryin to get a custom built pc for gaming i want to play on a 24 or 27 inch hd tv on 1080 p and spend 1000 or under do either of these seem like a good deal? or would it be better to build my own

Neither

both look to be dead end systems that cant be upgraded .

Its easy to build your own computer from parts . If you can hold a screw driver you can do it .
