The ram has to be compatable with the MOTHERBOARD ...not the cpu...

should be ok on any 2600k compatible motherboard

look for 1.5v 1600mhz vengeance

you can get higher ram speed than 1600mhz but its more expensive and not going to make much difference anyway

Technically, both CPU and motherboard have to be compatible. The memory controller isn't in the northbridge any more. Even though all iclass processors take DDR3 :lol:
