Ggest me a best gaming pc under $1800

Hi I'm planning to buy a new desktop for extreme gaming so I request you people to plz suggest me with best configuration.
One important point is that i should be able to add gpu,ram,hard disk in future.

I also want to know which company is the best ATI or Nvidia that produces a good GPU's that perform well,produce less heat and last Longer.
