CPU bottlenecking my GPU??

Hey guy's, quick questions i was wondering if my CPU might be bottlenecking my GPU or maybe the other way around??

AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0 @ 3.5Ghz
Gainward GTS450 Golden Sample

No. If you had a more powerfull gpu then your cpu will botleneck.
