ATI Radeon HIS 4670 no display

New graphics card in Dell 4600 P4@2.4, 3.5 GB RAM, Brand new 500 W power supply. Boots up, fan on graphics card runs, can hear Win XP starting, no display from card, also no display from on-board VGA. I take out the card and it runs just fine from on-board graphics. Did I get a bad card or am I missing something? Any ideas would be appreciated.

What port did you have the monitor cable plugged into when the discrete graphics card was installed? A port on the graphics card or the same port you used for your integrated graphics controller?
