ATI HD 4670 No display

Installed Radeon HD 4670 HIS graphics card in Dell Dimension 4600 and get no display whatsoever, not even from the on-board VGA. I can hear Win XP boot up, the fan on the card runs. Brand new 500 W power supply. If I take out the card everything runs fine. Is this a dud card, or am I missing something? Any ideas?

Did you set the BIOS to overide the integrated card and use the card by default? Hit F2 when you boot up and it should be under the video section.
