Corsair Vengeance Low Profile question?

I purchased Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile
Model: CML8GX3M2A1600C9

For some reason my bios is stating its 1333 instead of 1600 is there something I am doing wrong for that to happen or did I recieve the wrong product from newegg? And is this causing a reduction in performance?

I am using mobo:
ASRock extreme4 Z77
CPU: i5 3570k

You have the right ram, to enable 1600 MHz speed what you must do is enable the ram's XMP profile in the BIOS. Look in your MB manual for how to do this.
