My new computer

This is my first computer build and I am wondering if any of my components will bottleneck any of the others. I do not plan to overclock anything, as I do not play games 20 hours a day. Here is what I am planning on buying, minus the case, HD, optical drive...

MSI 880G-E45 mobo
AMD Phenom X4 975
XFX 6950 2GB GPU
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600
and a 750 watt PSU to power all this crap

So is any one thing going to limit the performance of anything else? And is the 75o watt PSU strong enough? I am not sure if the 880 northbridge is good enough for my processor, that is a concern of mine. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it.

Try to go for a 990 chipset since it's AM3+ and will still fit AM3 chips. 750 will be plenty of power for all the components. Everything looks fine to me.

everything looks good from this end

not really a fan of full atx boards but a good choice
also remember the corsair vengence have some tall heatspreaders
