Hit and miss using IE8 when posting comments under articles. Hit the Submit Comment link and it does nothing, for example here-
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/norton-antivirus-avast-avg-virus,8752.html

However I have no problem posting a comment here-

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/modern-warfare-2-demo-beta,8753.html#BOM_comments
or here-
http://www.tomsguide.com/us/Halo-3-odst-xbox-freeze,news-4751.html

even with errors on the page.

I can post a comment to the first link (tomshardware.com) using Google Chrome, so would this suggest IE8 not loading the script properly here and there? Also, is there a way to make it function properly using the debugger, since it's evidently a browser-related problem?

Thank you for any suggestions/info, it's much appreciated.

I am having script problems on the main site with the page select buttons numbered 1,2,3 and 4 under the forums. They won't work until you reload the page a half a dozen times, and this has been going on for about 2 weeks?
I take that back, it is does not show a javasrcipt error now, they just simply won't work?

I can't ask any questions because I don't see a submit button anywhere on the page. However, this page has a quick reply and add a reply button. What is going on. I have an error on page on the bottom left of the screen.

I've been getting the javascript void(0) error nearly every time I visit tom's on the news feed page buttons (1,2,3,4) and while trying to post a comment on news articles for about 2 months now...I was also using IE8, which doesn't sit well with this site
google chrome from now-on when visiting tom's :(

I received the void error in IE8, but submitting a comment to an article worked in Firefox. I was able to post a reply in a Forum in IE8. Weird. Hate this sort of intermittent problem. Not worth the time to sort it out since there is a workaround.

If Tom's would like me to try and help them sort it out let me know and I'll make the effort since I really appreciate the work they do to keep this site up to date and valuable. The info here has saved me a lot of money and solved many of my computer problems. Thanks!!
