How to allocate more RAM to Nvidia Geforce 7050 / 620i

Hello,
I Have an integrated Nvidia Geforce 7050.
In Dxdiag I am seeing in Display tab that there is total memory of 512 MB. But in BIOS it is showing only up to 256 MB. Please help me out on how to increase up to 512 MB.

Nvidia Geforce 7050/620i motherboard support up to 256 share memory. if you need more system memory just upgrade it to 2g or 4
