Dx11 card for Q6600, recommendations?

I have a Q6600 and 9800 GT. Want to upgrade to Dx11. I believe this processor will by itself put a limit on how much I can spend on the videocard. My only request is that it be a silent card. Any recomendations?

BTW, is Tegra a desktop card as well? I think Im gonna wait for a new nvida refresh

The Q6600 will not bottleneck the GeForce GTX 460.

However, your power supply needs to be "large enough" to power it and the rest of your system.

Alright, thank you. Yeah, I also plan on buying this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703026.
It should be more than enough for what I need and I don't want to spend anymore than that for a power supply.

Thanksf or the replies. The GTX 460 is Fermi aparently. What about the next Tegra cards? How will they compare? Im not sure if I get a good boost from my current card with the GTX 460. Are there charts?
