Dell Dimension 5000 - Upgrade

I am currently using a NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Graphics Card on a Dell Dimension 5000, XP Professional SP2, 3.00GB RAM. Processor 2 x Pentium 4 CPU 3.20GHz. PSU = 305 W.

I am looking to upgrade the card without replacing the PSU (305W).

Would the following card be suitable? (If not, could you please suggest another make/model):

Dell uses good PSUs rated for continuous usage. It should easily handle any of the cards listed.
