WeiDU Tactics Mod effects in first dungeon

I'm back playing BG2 after a long absence, and decided to try the most
recent versions of some of the mods, including the WeiDU Tactics mod.
(Hi, Wes!)

Well, I deliberately chose NOT to install the improved Illyich (the
duergar guy in the first dungeon) because I didn't want the hassle so
early in the game. However, it's clear that some elements of the
dungeon have still been beefed up by one of the mods since the Otyugh
is MUCH harder than it was. Even more annoying, there are two duergar
guys that jump me after I've rested. I want them to get lost and stop
bothering me, but I don't know how to get rid of them.

As I said, I didn't install improved Illyich to begin with, so there's
shouldn't be any changes at all, but there are. I uninstalled the
entire Tactics mod, but that didn't help. Where are these changes
coming from, and how the heck do I get rid of them? I also installed
Ascension, the Solaufein mod, and the Ease of Use mod, could any of
them be to blame?

If it's a very old version of Solaufein it would have tactical upgrades in it. What version is it?
