2 Intel Core i7-3930K, ASUS Z9PE-D16/2L and 98GB RAM

I have 2 Intel Core i7-3930K BX80619i73930K Unlocked Processor - Six Core, 12MB L3 Cache, 1.5MB L2 Cache, 3.20 GHz (3.80 GHz Max Turbo), Socket R (LGA2011), 130W. I also have 98GB of RAM (8x12).

My question is, if I buy the ASUS Z9PE-D16/2L - Motherboard - SSI EEB - LGA2011 Socket - 2 CPUs supported I going to be able to install the CPUs and the 98GB of RAM?
