Pentium 4 3.06 HT or Pentium 4 3.0 w/ higer Bus

Hey,

I want to upgrade my system a little.
Which CPU would be best for office work, I do a lot of multitasking Im running Win 7.

Which would be better the one with HT or the one with more Bus Speed?

CPU Speed: 3.06 GHz
CPU Core: Northwood
Bus Speed: 533 MHz
Bus/Core Ratio: 23
L2 Cache Size: 512 KB

sorry for double posting but the first CPU has hyper threading.

Just get a phenom 2 x6 1090t its 6 cores 6 threads 9mb total cache and only 150$ alot better then those single cores. Where do you buy old single cores like that i mean i havnt touched one since an old socket am2 sempron 3000

Neither of those will run Windows 7 well. I would stay with XP if I had to run hardware that old but the Hyperthreading P4 would be a bit better.
