I need sound card for my creative t6160 5.1 speaker ?

i need one best sound card for my t6160 speaker in the range of $40 and not exceeding it...
currently my system runs on win 7 - 64 bit but i cant able to hear the sound on rear speaker, bcos of not having a sound card...
so help me to get rid of this...
