I'm trying to choose between these two CPUs:
X4 960T
vs
X4 970 BE
I was originally hoping to pick up the X6 1090T but it is very difficult to come by. So I decided to stick with a quad core processor. I'll mostly be using it for gaming (BF3, MW3, and SC2; want to get into Skyrim). If I go with the 960T I was planning on trying to see if I could unlock the cores to six core and then OC. But I know that not every CPU is going to unlock. So I am trying to see if you guys think I should go for the 960T vs the 970 BE. Or maybe you guys would like to recommend another AM3 socket CPU like waiting to see if I can get a true six core like 1090T. Thanks!
