Should i upgrade to play games

my specs are

pentium dual core e5200 2.5 ghz
ram 1 gb ddr2
graphics nvidia 9500gt 1gb

i am looking forward on playing games such as cod mw3 battlefield 3 and max payne 3
and wat power suplly should i have my home electricity power is 3kilowatt

More RAM and a better graphics card will give make the biggest difference.

4 GB RAM is very cheap these days.

if youre looking into upgrading then might i suggest a new mobo with a new socket which would be a good investment also what resloution are you planning to run at ???
