Recommended Power Supply - New Rig

Hi Guys,

Just upgraded my new rig and turns out I need a new PSU as well as current does not handle the power requiremnts.

Spec as follows: Core i5 750 @ 3.7GHz (Watercooled), Asus Maximum 3 Formula m/board, NVidia GTX 275, 4GB Crossair DDR3, 1.5tb + 500GB. Will need something that can happily run all the above and handle another hard drive and possiblt SLi for the GTX 275. Looking at Corsair, Antec or OCZ. I live in the UK as well.

Got about £100 to spend but prefer to spend less, if I can.

Any adive would be great, PSU's are not my strong point!

Corsair tx 750w.

Ahhh, I was previously suggested the Corsair TX 750. Looks like a good PSU. Will probably go with that. Thanks for your advice.

If you can find the XFX Pro 750W Core Edition for a lower price then you should get that as it is based on the same internal design as the Corsair 750TXV2.

The XFX 750W XXX Edition is actually cheaper than the 750TXV2 on ebuyer: (£85)

Hi Guys, thought I would jsut let you know that I went for the Corsair TX 750W V2 PSU for my rig and its perfect. Plenty of power for my needs and still room for mmore hardware. Thanks again for all the advice, much appreciated.
