Looking for input on a budget nongaming build for a friend. No plans for any upgrades except maybe adding storage in future.

Approximate Purchase Date: Over next 2 months

Budget Range: $500-$700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Surfing internet, family photo editing, watching movies

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, additional fans

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com

Country of Origin: US

Parts Preferences: Intel over AMD. Win7. SSD.

Overclocking: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: For friend who is definitely not a poweruser. Was thinking SSD because that is a speed difference he would be able to appreciate. He won't care about specs, benchmarks if it doesn't translate to real world performance.
