Intel HD Graphics

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion dm3-3027cl which has a U5400 processor with Intel HD Graphics. Using GPU-Z I checked the core clock and it was at 166mhz. Searching thorough the internet I found that this IVC can actually go up to 500mhz, I was just wondering how to do that. Thanks.

When the IGP is stressed it should automatically speed up.

Try reinstalling the Intel drivers.

I can only install the drivers I download from HP page because the Intel drivers are not compatible. I think this is a common issue in notebooks. I already did that but the problem persists.
