Getting Blue screen error...cuz of bad ram?

I keep getting the blue screen every few days and it has been doing that for months now. This is what the message says when Computer is turned back on from the
blue screen:

absolutely, if the ram is not compatible or the a compatibility issue on the ram and mobo, the system will be unstable. use rams listed in the mobo support list QVL.

is this problem acurring since you built your pc? if not,
maybe a heat problem or a failing ram
a weaking psu too will cause a pc to crash
