With this build, would it be silly not to overclock? Placing stability as top priority, I'm thinking of going without the OC. I mean, they have to mess with voltages and stuff (obviously I know little about it). This would be done by Digital Storm.

Well you are getting the i5 2500k which was meant for overclocking, so if you don't there is no need to get that processor. However here is what I would do. Get a CPU cooler from newegg or from Digital Storm, hyper 212, to be specific. Then when you get the PC overclock it yourself. Problem solved.

EDIT: Also overclocking isn't that hard at all. Just read around on these forums or ask somebody how to do it. The only issue with overclocking is heat, which is why I recommended that CPU cooler. That will eliminate that problem for you. I wouldn't let THEM do it specifically but you can do it when you receive it for sure. You can easily get around 4.5 Ghz - 5.0 Ghz with that CPU cooler which is why this CPU was meant for overclocking.
