I'm a little confused on which you are looking for.

3D vision - gaming with a 120hz monitor with shutter glasses.
Surround - gaming with 3 monitors, which requires SLI for Nvidia.

3D vision surround combines the two. You'd need a monster setup to handle that.

This is Nvidia's page: http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-surround-technol...

Do you really want to run 3D vision surround?

nothing for your card. Maybe if you SLI a GTX590. Your card is powerful, but you need at least two Nvidia cards to run surround, and with three monitors, your GPU RAM is going to seriously limit your playability. Asus.

Ok, with 3D vision, which means you are looking at a single monitor that is 120hz with a dual link DVI connection. There is a page on Nvidia's site with a list, but I don't have time to search for it right now. The monitor in my signature is compatible and pretty good. As a side bonus, it also supports AMD's HD3D.

As joshboy said, it's not possible to run 3 screens with your card, you would need 2 of them.

If you did get 2 and wanted to run 3d surround I would go with 1680x1050 screens like the ViewSonic FuHzion VX2268wm or Samsung SyncMaster 2233RZ, with 3 screens side by side I think the 16x10 aspect ratio would be preferable, and they will be a little less demanding than trying to run 3 1080p screens, also cheaper.
