Motherboard Sata2 Hard drive Sata3
Nov 4, 2012, 7:58 PM
Hey guys, If i have a motherboard that supports Sata2 and a hard drive that supports Sata3, will the hard drive still work on the motherboard at sata2 speeds?
Also, how much slower is Sata2 Than Sata3? Is the difference huge?
I'm making a budget build so I am curious.
