You want a 900+w psu to push two of those cards in SLI and have some headroom left over.

can i get a psu that powerfull if im not gonna have 2 cards to start with or it doesn't matter if you have exess power? and can i if i overclocked would i also need more power. i am also wondering if it would be worth switching from
Thermalright Venomous X - RT 120mm CPU Cooler to something like
CORSAIR H100 (CWCH100) Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181017 and would it even fit in my case

The tx850 would probably do for two i think?
Take a second look at those gen3 boards, they support PCI-E 3.0 when combined with an ivy bridge chip (thus promising that they will be compatible with ivy bridge). That seems like some of the best future-proofing available at the moment.

About the H100:
First of all, make sure you actually have room in your case for a 240mm radiator with fans. Far from every case supports this.
Second, it's not much better than good air cooling, And you still have fans so the noise will not go down much either.

cant i mount my radiator on the back of my coolmaster haf x its looks like i can but im not sure. and im still wondering if i can get a power supply bigger then i need now to future proof it when i buy another card and need more power

GFX - For your budget, Id recommend twin 560 Ti's ($410) that will get ya 862 fps* rather than the single 580 ($490) at 616 fps. A 2nd 580 doesn't add all that much speed (10% to 953 fps) for costing 2.5 times as much.

*Guru3D Game test suite

Cooler - Id take the Silver Arrow's 1.2C advantage over the Venemous X ....and it's quieter. The H series coolers made by Asetek and sold by Corsair don't impress, they very noisy and don't fit in many cases.

RAM - links don't work, avoid high profile units w/ tall heat sinks
5 off w/ promo code EMCJKKC52, ends 10/10

Case / PSU - The HAF-X is a nice case, one of my fav's but the PSU is 2nd tier. You cam move up and ave $50 at the same time with the Antec DF-85 / CP-850 combo. The CPX form factor PSU gets a 10.0 performance rating from jonnyguru.com . The CP is extremely cool and quiet compared to ATX PSU's ..... you can read about the "unfair advantage" the combo provides here.

$135 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129087

If ya don't care for the styling, the DF-85 is built on the 1200 chassis so for my sedate looks, check out the 1200

$160 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129100

If ya keep the HAF, I'd suggest a Corsair HX or AX series.....but you'll want 1000 watts for twin 580's
