Sabertooth Z77 or p8z77 Deluxe

Hi, I have a situation I cannot decide between the Z77 Sabertooth and p8z77 Deluxe the only differences I found was that the deluxe has 6 usb 3.0 while the sabertooth only has 4 I couldn't care less about that also the deluxe has 1 extra regular pci slot. The main difference that I cant differentiate is the cpu power phases the deluxe has 20 phase power while the sabertooth has only a 14 phase power will I see any real change in difference for gaming I am looking for future proofing so will the diffrent number of power phases benefit me in the future I will be pairing the motherboard with a i7 3770k and a GTX 680 classified. Also one more thing the deluxe supports up to 2400MHz ram and the the sabertooth supports up to 1866MHz ram will I see any real gaming difference between the boards and the ram speeds thank you for your input.

p8z77 Deluxe gets my vote i have used both boards it's better imo no you won't see a difference in the faster ram

More power phases will help with a board's lifespan under a heavy overclock.
