It does not (nor does the LK or LE/LE Plus). The normal -V, -V Pro, and -V Deluxe do, though.

Do you need the board to have on board WiFi?

If you do, get the P8Z77-V.

If not, you can get the ASRock Z77 Extreme4.

Is this one worth the extra 60 bucks over the one I first posted?

Yes, for a few reasons. WiFi, better overclocking ability, and SLI (even though that part doesn't necessarily matter, since you're getting a 7950).

Does the ASROCK you recommended have great overclocking features? That's pretty important. Thanks

I take it the power phase 4+2 is the best?

As far as overclocking goes, it's better than the P8Z77-V LX, but not as good as the -V.

There are so many different model numbers for these motherboards. Would it be possible for you to link me to the EXACT AROCK you are talking about?

Nah, 4+2 is actually low end.

The P8Z77-V is 8+4, and I think the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 is 8+4, as well.
