H77 Mobo for Ivy Bridge

I want a good motherboard for core i5 3470
i think H77 motherboards are good for me

please suggest me, my Budget is $100
i will buy parts from newegg .
My two selections are
1] GA-H77M-D3H - i liked their ultra durable 4 feature
2] Intel DH77EB -its Intel


please tell me which motherboard should i go for

Dont go with intel. Go with gigabyte. Its very good. Now with free McAfee anti-virus on Newegg:
