Hi Mike,
Add the this edit:
Rename or Delete the Recycle Bin (Line 115)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
Once done, go into Windows Explorer/scroll down to the Recycle Bin, left
click it once. Then go to File/Rename.
