ASUS Maximus IV GENE

I want to ask you your opinion about the ASUS Maximus IV GENE mobo.
I have this pc:
Intel Core i7 2600k 3.40GHz/Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3/Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600/Ssd Ocz Vertex 3 120Gb/Sapphire Amd Radeon 6950/Psu Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 800W
and i want to know if it's better to change my mobo Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 with the ASUS Maximus IV GENE

Not really no. A few extra features, but not worth the 200.00 upgrade. If you're intent on upgrading however, spend the extra 20.00 and grab the maximus v gene.

a friend of me is giving me the ASUS Maximus IV GENE at half price,that's why i ask your opinion

No extra benefit. Only thing that gene has SupremeFX X-Fi sound card built in. If you dont need to pay any money by selling gigabyte board, for gene then you can get it. But if you need extra money to pay, then stay away.
