The HD 5570 can run on a 300 watt unit or even less if it's high quality, the card itself had a TDP of only 43 watts.

is ninja geforce gts 240 1 gb worth around 2800 pesos a ddr3 or a gddr3?

Never heard of the brand ninja. The gts 240 is an older card, it's pretty much equal in performance to the 5570 but uses a little more power, I would get whichever one is cheaper and the 5570 if they cost the same. I can't really say if it's worth it without knowing what other cards in your area cost.

I've never had a UPS so I can't help you with that, I would think yoo would want one with a rating equal to or higher than whatever your PSUs rating is.
