GTX 560 compatible with my Motherboard?

Hello,

I'm not very good with computers. I won a GTX 560 in a contest. And I want to know if it will work with my motherboard because it look so enormous... My motherboard is a Gigabyte G31M-S2L.

I know I have a 1000W power supply, bought it when mine stop working.
4GB of ram.
