Seasonic x-660 gold buzzing sound

hey guys, this is a new rma powersupply , and still buzzing like last one, heres my system, had to send the whole system in last time,

anyways still making a buzzing sound, is this bad, cuz when they sent it in they said the old ps wasnt buzzing, now the new one is, last my old one,

whats the problem here thanks and is it bad?

It is coil squeal, the only way to band aid the solution is to lower the temps of the psu.
