Solution InvalidError Nov 6, 2012 If you mean x16 PCIe 3.0 vs PCIe 2.0, the difference should be between slim and none at least for the time being, 0-5%. If you mean PCIe 1.0 vs PCIe 2.0, then that would be 10-15%. Search for something like "PCIe bandwidth gpu scaling" if you want more details.
