How much of a gaming performance difference will using a PCI-E x16 slot over a PCI-E 2.0 x16 make on my framerate? (using Geforce Gtx 550 ti)

I asked in Graphics Cards and got no real help.

If you mean x16 PCIe 3.0 vs PCIe 2.0, the difference should be between slim and none at least for the time being, 0-5%.

If you mean PCIe 1.0 vs PCIe 2.0, then that would be 10-15%.

Search for something like "PCIe bandwidth gpu scaling" if you want more details.
