Which motherboard should I get for my budget gaming pc?

I'll be pairing one of these with a phenom ii x4 965 (not overclocked) and a 7850.
Also, on an unrelated sidenote, I have a sort of newb question. These motherboards say they only support 1 chassis fan. Yet I need at least 2 chassis fan connectors. Can I hook up a case fan to the power supply instead of the motherboard?

The 760 Asus board is much faster than the MSI board. I've built with both.
You can hook a case fan directly to the PSU if you have the adapter cable like this one...
