3 weeks old, my Moto HS820 headset is dead. Blue light does not turn
on, recharge does nothing. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with my HS820. It seems that the charger went
bad after a couple of weeks so the unit could never be recharged and
just died a slow death...

Seems to be a problem with that model. I suggest you return it for a
refund if possible.

Same problem on my HS-810 would not charge with the 2 chargers I had,
I called Moto CS on 0870 901 0555 and they arranged a exchange by post
