Hello everyone. It's my 1st post in Tom's.
I have some newbie questions.

Current PC:
CPU - Intel i3 540 3.06Ghz (Intel Core i3 540 3.06GHz 4MB LGA1156 BOX(spanish e-shop link))
Memory - 2x2gb Kingston 1333Mhz (Kingston KHX1333C9D3B1K2/4G HyperX Blue 2+2GB DDR3(spanish e-shop link))
Graphic card - Gigabyte Radeon HD 5670 1GB DDR3 128bit (GV-R567D3-1gI)
Motherboard - Asus P7H55-M LX LGA1156 (spanish e-shop link)

I bought this PC almost year ago, since my old P4 was, it was budget build.

Now i got some more money and planning to upgrade it to:
CPU - Intel core i5 2500K 3.3Ghz 1155
Graphic card - MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC 1GB GDDR5 (i had to choose from Asus, Gigabyte , but only MSI at the moment availible in my new e-store)
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-P67A-D3-B3

And here are my questions:
1) What Power supply should be enough for this CPU and GPU? 500W-600W? I have at home both TooQ 500W and Linkworld LPK19-35 Black Power 600W ATX2. Or should i go for something more serious?
2) What memory should i choose? Or i should go for 1333 Mhz?
Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB 2x2GB CL9
G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB 2x2GB CL9
Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 4GB 1x4GB CL9
G.Skill NQ DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB 2x2GB CL9
G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB 2x2GB CL9
Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 4GB 2x2GB CL9
3) Is my choosed motherboard would fit my computer well? Or should i search for something other?
Any advices or questions?
Thank you for reading, sorry for not fluent english.

upgrading cpu is much better for you now a day 2500k is strongly recommended for games and gtx 570 or 580 but gtx 560 is also fine for games good gpu choose and don't go for your selected motherboard the better way is asus p8z68 vpro good for overclocking faster speed than all other p67 chipset and ram pick out g.skill ripjaws x 4gb ddr3 1600mhz currently g.skill is on the top of the ram manufacturer.psu cooler master gx 600w will handle your whole system by the way which case are going to buy?

Your adviced motherboard Asuss P8Z68 - seems really nice, i got funny comment about it: "bios is soo simple, even one child could use it" - seems very good for me :D
Question about this model: Should i get LX 90 or 90? Difference only in connectors + 90 have 2x PCIe x16, and LX only one + more USB2/USB3 connectors + bluetooth+integrated VGA connectors? Since i dont need 2x pcie slots, neither bluetooth or more USB connectors and i wont use integrated vga - i could go for LX? it's 35 euro difference(113 LX vs 145 full)

if you want to keep your selected mobo than it's ok but upgrade your other component.i suggested you asus board beacuse these are very good for games especially for overclocking but you titled that "i dont play much games" there fore gigabyte is fine.

Is there a big difference between 1333Mhz kingston and g.skill ripjaws 1600? or even higher mhz? I mean how much it would upgrade my total PC? like 5%? 10%?
